VF.     10/OC/1929 Buenos Aires - USA, cover sent "by airmail, via Chile" franked with 35c., intended to be carried on the first flight by PANAGRA. The postage was insufficient (the airmail surcharge was 17c. per gram), on back it received the hand-written inscription: "Not sent via Chile due to insufficient surcharge, weight 6 grams", and it bears an arrival mark of 30/OC, very fine quality!
