VF.     14/SE/1872 Buenos Aires - Torino (Italy): Folded cover dispatched from the British Consular Agency with unpaid postage (sent collect). On back it bears a datestamp of the Agency, and changing the endorsement indicated on front (via Lisboa), it was carried to Southampton (red datestamp of London 13/OC) by steamer NEVA, and forwarded to Italy by paquebot, arriving 3 days later at Torino, where it received postage dues stamps for 1.70L., very nice!
