VF.     13/AP/1931 Córdoba - Encarnación (Paraguay), special stationery envelope for airmail of 12c. + additional 35c. (total 47c.) sent by registered airmail, on back it bears transit marks of Buenos Aires (15/AP) and Asunción (22/AP). According to notes of its previous owner, this would be the first airmail piece flown between both cities, but looking at the arrival date I reckon ground mail would have arrived sooner!
