VF.     GJ.37, 5c. Rivadavia with groundwork of horiz lines, franking an entire letter from Salta to Buenos Aires on 13/FE/1868, with rococo cancel. Interesting text, about a wine request for the father of the addressee that cannot live without it, a good paragraph about the political intrigues in the province, the arrival of the printing press for the newspaper (but the "cajistas" that were organizing it were taken by the soldiers and released under oath that they would not work for the opposition!!), reprisals against the population for the activity of the opposition, etc. Very fine quality, very attractive!
