Fine     Cover sent from Buenos Aires to France on 14/JUL/1887, franked with 8c. (GJ.54B), insufficient postage and so it bears POSTAGE DUE marks (applied in Buenos Aires "T/R.A." and "10" in pencil), on arrival in Paris it received the postage due stamps of 5c. + 10c., very nice, rare!
