Ave-Fine     Airmail cover sent from ASMARA to the Red Cross Argentina in Buenos Aires on 11/FE/1944, franked with British stamps with "M.E.F." overprint, with several censor marks and arrival backstamp for 16/AP. The details of the addressee were written in English "Red Cross International" and the address was incomplete (no street or number), and for that reason the "Office of Dicipherers" (Oficina de Descifradores) had to get involved for the delivery of the cover, defects, interesting!
