F.VF     Cover sent from San Salvador (Entre Rios) to Concordia on 13/JA/1948 franked with 5c. POSTAL SAVINGS stamp, which was not considered. On back there is a manuscript inscription: "Extraída del buzón central sin el franqueo correspondiente" (Collected from the central mailbox without the corresponding postage) and signature of the postal clerk, on front it bears an imitation of a postage due mark for 10c. made by the same clerk, also hand-written, rare, very interesting!
